5. Pre-Order Policy

The website offers a pre-order system for selected products, requiring a deposit of 20% of the product value paid via InstaPay to confirm the reservation. The customer will receive a booking receipt containing the product details, amount paid, and expected delivery date. We are committed to fulfilling the order within a maximum of two weeks from the pre-order confirmation date.

Deposit Refund:

If the product becomes unavailable or delivery is delayed beyond the agreed date on our part, the full deposit will be refunded to the customer within 3 business days via InstaPay.
